Nice to meet you, I’m Stefanie.
I earned a Master of Science in Social Work from the University of Louisville and am a Clinical Social Work Associate in the State of Oregon. I am trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Motivational Interviewing (MI). I feel privileged to help people with their own personal journeys.
My background is in trauma-informed care. I am emphatically client led, as I feel deep down we all truly know what is best for ourselves. I use my training to assist clients to find their own answers. My passion is to work with clients processing trauma and assisting people through PTSD. I also enjoy supporting my clients through depression, anxiety, and life changes. I have worked with survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, human trafficking, and stalking. I have also worked with military families and understand this unique dynamic. I support all genders and sexual orientations.
