The Positive Psychology Podcast - with Kristen Treumpy. She brings the academic world of psychology down to a level we can all understand and apply in our lives.

Psychcology Today - a user-friendly website with links to interesting articles and information on mental health and wellness.
NAMI - the National Alliance on Mental Illness is the nation's largest grassroots mental health organization dedicated to building better lives for the millions of Americans affected by mental illness. They write frequent blogs about real peoples' experiences with mental health.
NIMH - the lead federal agency for research on mental disorders. They have a lot of expert-reviewed resources on mental illness topics.
My Self Love Supply - a beautiful blog with self-care tips to support you in the ongoing journey to love yourself and love your life.
Calm.com - though this comes with a pricetag, this is our favorite app for mindfulness and meditation. It offers very approachable guided meditations and other meditative practices and even bedtimes stories.
Insight Timer - this one is also great for guided meditations, meditative music, or just for a meditation timer. You can use the free version and still have access to a wide variety of meditation options.
