Now for the details…we offer individual, group, couples and family counseling. We have dedicated team members who work with specific populations; this is not one size fits all. We work with children, adolescents, and adults throughout the life span. Our team collectively shares a wealth of training and experience to work with each of these specialized populations.
Our providers specialize in EMDR and CBT modalities, but will meet you where you are to develop a plan that works for you!
