Nice to meet you, I’m Ilana.
I earned a Master of Social Work degree from Smith College and am a Certified Social Work Associate in the State of Oregon. I am also certified in grief and loss counseling.
I work with adults and young adults to manage life stressors and draw from a psychodynamic background while also incorporating mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing (MI). I am also in the process of obtaining certification in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).
With a calm, empathetic presence and an emphasis on collaboration, I seek to support clients in their process of meaning-making. I am so honored and humbled to be in a support role to so many wonderful humans.
