Nice to meet you, I’m Ashley.
I specialize in working with children, teens, adults, families, and couples. I have training in trauma and how it manifests in various aspects of interpersonal and external relationships. I value therapeutic rapport through honesty, collaboration, grounding, openness, and humor. Sometimes you need to cry, and sometimes you need to laugh – all of it and everything in-between are perfectly okay- I will meet you where you are.
I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Collaborative Problem Solving (CPS), and Mindfulness to support client wellness. I am also Gottman Level 1 trained to provide couples counseling.
